Sunday, March 13 - Thursday, March 17th 7P to 8:15P nightly in the Church. A reception will be held immediately afterwards in the Parish Center each night. There is a program for every age including Child Care for children 3 and under. Hope to see you there!
OLH School's Annual Auction - April
Our Annual School Auction normally takes place in late April in the Parish Center. The auction is the single largest source of fund raising for our school and attracts more than 200 people each year. Theme Tickets and table reservations are available from the school office only, starting on March 1st. 50/50 Raffle tickets are available at the Rectory or School Office. Tickets include horsd'oeuvre's prepared by Caterers from 6:00P - 8:30P with one free drink. Costs per ticket are $25.00 per person in advance, $30.00 per person at the door. $300.00 will reserve a table for 10.

We would like to extend the opportunity to our friends and family to purchase a business card size ad/personal message in our auction program. Each ad is only $25.00 and is tax deductible. You may want to show your loved one how much you care by sending a personal message. Our hope is to provide our families and friends the opportunity to share their businesses with other parishioners and with the community.

Normally held in early August, Friday 9-6, Saturday 9-Noon. Shop in our air-conditioned, Handicap accessible, Smoke-Free Parish Center
Fall
Boy Scouts Troop 66 Annual Spaghetti Dinner
Mark your calendars for Friday, September 25th, 2009. Boy Scout Troop 66 will be having their Annual Spaghetti Dinner. Serving starts at 4:30PM and continues through 7PM in the Parish Center. Tickets are available through any of the Scouts in the Troop or at the Rectory.
The cost of tickets are:
Adult 12 Years and Over: $6.00 Advanced/$7.00 At Door.
Seniors 60 Years and Over: $4.00 Advanced/$5.00 At Door.
Child 4 Years to 11 Years: $4.00 Advanced/$5.00 At Door.
All Take-Out Orders: $6.00 Advanced/$7.00 At Door.
The meal includes all the Spaghetti You Can Eat, salad, bread, and dessert, coffee, tea, or juice. Soda and bottled water will be available for an additional cost. We hope to see you there! If you have any questions or for more information, please call (847) 746-8798. Again this year, the Troop will be selling business card sized ad space for our placemats. The cost is $35.00 per ad. OktoberFest
Mark your calendars for Friday, October 10th. The Annual Parish Celebration will take place from 6PM until 10PM in the Parish Center, and is free to all who attend. There will be plenty of food, fun, and spirits. The 40’s, 50’s, and Better Group are sponsoring a Dessert Table. Any parishioner wishing to donate a dessert item (cookies, cakes, brownies, etc.) may bring it with them in a disposable container on the night of the event. More information to follow in upcoming bulletins.
